Are you a support worker? Have you a working understanding of complex challenging behaviour? Are you looking to work with young people? If you are then perhaps we have a position you may very well be interested in. Our client is a national childcare provider, who is currently looking for a number of residential support workers to assist in their support of young people with challenging behaviour.
You will be working within one of the units based in the North Wales area. Day to day you will be supporting younger people within a residential unit and will help with day to day activities and supervise staff service users.
