In tandem with the government focus of ‘every child matters’, Hamilton Mann embraces the change of programme to ensure positive outcomes for every child and young person.

Hamilton Mann is specialised in supplying residential support workers, social workers, community support assistants and other childcare professionals to young people in units and establishments such as residential homes, family support centres, secure units and residential schools.

We personally make every possible effort to ensure that we support you with all aspects of your Ofsted inspection. In line with CIE regulations, we aim to help all our clients achieve their compliance with information held on their agency workers.

As a result, we provide all of our current and prospective childcare units with the following:

  • Staff with experience of working in a similar environment to which they have been placed in.
  • Enhanced CRB checks which are renewed annually.
  • Experienced staff who have received childcare related training.
  • Profiles of work history
  • ID badges carried at all times
  • Appraisals to oversee staffing development
  • Staff in possession of, or working towards and NVQ III in Children & Young People.
