Hamilton Mann are a registered domiciliary care agency that recruits all level of adult support workers to support vulnerable people in hospitals and supported living/care home settings.

We understand that it takes knowledge and patience in order that we may promote the independence of clients who have enduring issues including learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism and physical disabilities.

This approach has been best illustrated in the direct payment accounts that we currently manage. Our clients receive money direct from the local authority and then use it to pay us for the help that they need.

Focusing on the principles of person centred planning and citizenship our values and working practices are central to this philosophy. Furthermore, Hamilton Mann has embraced the Department of Health Concordat for ‘Putting People First’ throughout the delivery of our care services.

We support clients through 5 local authorities and we have been commended on our ability to tailor each package to suit each individual need.

Hamilton Mann has set up its own direct payment to assist in meeting all requirements in finding suitable staff, involving you in the recruitment process, and ensuring we cater for all day to day living needs from healthcare appointments to holidays abroad.

Through reliable and fast efficient service that is served by an extensive training programme geared towards each client, Hamilton Mann are rapidly becoming the first port of call for many of the North- West adult care service providers.
